Welding I

During this course, you will be introduced to the basics of welding. We will spend time covering safety and principles of welding. This course will give you a good foundation in which you can build skills on. The welding process that will be used is SMAW (Shielded, Metal, Arc Welding, “Stick”). You will be able to make minor repairs, and start your own projects after completing the course. The format of the class will be geared towards the AWS test. You will not be ready to be certified, but will be well prepared to continue your welding training.
