Welding II

This is a more advanced continuation of Welding I, and the next level in your welding training. During this course, you will continue building your skills on SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding “Stick”). You will also be introduced to FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), and cutting with Oxy-Acetylene Torches. If you are successful and progress well, you will be ready to take one AWS Certification Test at the the completion of the class. AWS tests are administered at the Test Center at Eastern Maine Community College. Prerequisite: Welding I or Instructor's Permission.
